The representative, Neil, was always prompt, courteous, and thorough. Neil did our Spring inspection and maintenance recently during a chilly, rainy day. He did his usual fine job under trying circumstances and he went the extra step to complete the job and avoid tracking water inside. On another occasion, Rabenstein technicians, Chet and Trevor, went above and beyond to check and repair our exterior air handler and readjust the settings on our thermostat for maximum efficiency. We'll be contacting Rabenstein for all of our heating, a/c, and plumbing needs.“

“Needed my water heater replaced. This was the only plumber that answered quickly, gave me a quote while we were on the phone. They came out about 2 hours after my call. Replaced the water heater in about an hour and they were done. Not to mention, they were by far the cheapest out of the quotes I had received by about $600-$700 dollars.“

I called them late night (11 pm) & literally within 5 minutes I got a call, the tech, Zach was here within 15 minutes, was thorough, very professional and explained everything. He was wonderful.
