Needed my water heater replaced. This was the only plumber that answered quickly, gave me a quote while we were on the phone. They came out about 2 hours after my call. Replaced the water heater in about an hour and they were done. Not to mention, they were by far the cheapest out of the quotes I had received by about $600-$700 dollars.
If the 5-star scale were a 7-star scale, I would give 7 stars to Jim Riley and his team. A much-needed tub/shower replacement was necessary. The team was very knowledgeable, professional, respectful of my home and kept me informed through the entire project.
