Absolutely horrible. He praises himself as a master plumber, but it's more like master hack!!!! He quoted my husband a time and price and then took 3 times as long as expected and charged us an absurd amount of money. He even called us and rescheduled the day he was supposed to finish up the job leaving is without a working bathroom. Thankfully our neighbor was kind enough to let us use the toilet in his basement.

If that wasn't bad enough, he, unknowingly, told a friend of ours that he rescheduled our appointment with him because he wanted to go ride his bike!!!

We have work with Chris and his crew on the job site and have had them do work for us personally. They are professional and knowledgeable. Last year they helped figure out a basement drainage issue at my aunt's and replaced some sink fixtures. This year our furnace was on the fritz and they came out identified the problem within minutes and fixed it. Since then our furnace has actually been running quieter than I ever recall it doing so. Thanks Plungers!!

I highly suggest staying away from these guys. Had trouble with them from the start. They didn’t do the right work they said they would do to start. Then the whole heating unit shut down could not figure out why, here they did the wiring wrong that caused it to melt the wire nut and the wires in it. Could have caused a fire. Then once the unit shut down pipes froze and water everywhere. They came out said they fixed everything. I turned the water back on, and water gushed all over again. They said it was out of warranty and they weren’t coming out even though they didn’t fix it to begin with. The guy in charge Chris would not return my calls and led me straight...read full review
