The front staff, the nurses, the lab staff and everyone else here treats you with compassion and efficiency as soon as you walk in the door. Furthermore, I have to give props to my doctor - Dr. Meghan Reeves. She has been insanely patient with my numerous health complaints and questions, walking me through her thinking each time in a way that makes me feel truly heard. Furthermore, her breadth and depth of medical knowledge is insanely impressive! She's probably one of the best, if not the best, primary care provider I've ever had.

I needed to schedule an appointment after an ER visit, and Karen went above and beyond to find the first available opening for me. She was incredibly kind, empathetic and supportive, as this past week has been a stressful one for me. I am already very impressed with the front desk staff!!

Vanessa answered the phone today when I called the call center. She was extremely helpful and kind after I spoke to her about my concerns about my refills not being sent to my pharmacy I had put in a prescription refill request in three days ago. I take a medication that I have to take daily so I was getting very anxious and feeling sick about the thought of not having enough medication. Vanessa was right on my problem and within an hour I received a text message from my pharmacy that my medication was being prepared.
