My grandson has been coming here for 4 years and I couldn't ask for better care ! From two different surgeries and continued follow up care, he loves coming and we love that they are taking care of him !

Both my sons go here for ENT and audiology services for their hearing aids. All of the staff are kind, thorough, and work well together as a team for my sons' care. Sometimes appointments can be hard to come by but they are worth the wait.

Staff seem great... if you can reach them. This review relates to the repeated frustration when trying to reach a nurse to ask questions regarding an upcoming procedure and even to return a voice mail that was left by their office. It seems no matter which phone option you choose when calling, you'll get stuck on hold. Even if you reach a person by selecting one of the phone options that you don't need in an effort to get transferred into the office you do need, you'll just get circled back into the on hold queue and music when transferred.
