The in office staff was extremely nice and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. However waiting four business days, and counting, for someone to read the MRI and get the results to our oncologist is UNFORGIVABLE!!!!! I hope no one in their family ever hears the word cancer in the same sentence as their name and has to go through the AGONY of waiting!!!!!!
I’ve been to this place 4 times before never have I been treated so poorly. After filling out my form the nurse tech asked if I told the person that called for my appt that I had a heart watchman I said no I just fillled in on form like other times. Well she exploded and said until she finds out that I would have to wait, I explained I wasn’t asked by the appt lady that I had a watchman I said it should be in my chart. She said it is but they don’t check the chart. I said you don’t check charts before doing mri what a place will never go back
On July 2, 2025 I had a “rescheduled” brain MRI because I did not bring all my equipment related to my spinal stimulator implant on 1st visit which I was not informed of needing to bring in the confirmation call. On July 2nd was my rescheduled brain MRI, so I of course brought my spinal stimulator equipment “fully charged” as I was told. When I got there and was called back, I was asked if I turned my spinal stimulator to MRI mode?
