The two technicians Charles and Danny were on time and very polite. They called ahead to confirm the arrival time. Charles and Danny told me what they were doing and asked if I had any questions when they were finished Danny and Charles came out a week before to access my Heater so I was told exactly what part was needed. They were very professional. I would use this company again.

We needed our gas furnace check, they did an excellent job and helped us with our nest thermostat, that we didn't even know about. Even though we had several people out from security company. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

American Team was great! I had a request put in through my Warranty company and I will say, their team was by far the best when it came to communication, respect, and job completion. They also took time to make sure all of my radiators were bled and working properly before leaving. Overall, I was very pleased with the work done and the team they sent out to work on this request. Would definitely recommend them to others and plan on using them in the future!
