Dana has helped me after Hurricane Sandy . We met while he was doing my banding working for the piling company. I then hired him to do my crossbracing installed doors, straighten out molding, build stairs, Railings, etc. He is a Master craftsman all the way. He has worked on three of my homes and even though he’s an hour and a half away, he has helped me out multiple times even when my pipes froze how he came and built me giant barn, doors installed privacy lattice, all around a piling home. I am writing to highly recommend Dana of LaRosa Building Concepts for his exceptional work following a major water incident at my 120-year-old triplex. The incident caused extensive damage to two bathrooms and a first-floor ceiling while the property was occupied by tenants.

Because I was out of town during the entire process, I relied heavily on Dana’s expertise. He jumped into action immediately and completed the full remodel in under 30 days, despite severe winter weather involving ice and snow. Dana LaRosa did an awesome and beautiful job on the addition built on the back of our house. Dana guided me through the entire process, permits to done. He was honest and communicative while finishing on time and on budget. 😊 Dana showed up every day. What more could anyone want from their contractor? 👍
