“Janine is brilliant. The depth of her knowledge is almost unimaginable but her cueing is so right on and approachable. She has very well honed insight to even subtle changes in your movement you wouldn't even think are visible. Highly recommend working with her for exercise/stretching and massage, whether you are an athlete, out patient status (she is just as helpful as most PTs if not more IMO), have any condition that affects your movement, or if you just want to learn more about pilates and get strong.
