I love the place , the people are great , and great attitudes , but because there are so many people competing for a gig , it’s really hard to land one in a time of need , your best bet is to look for a better paying job, create a bussiness or do Uber or something . People were leaving their jobs for this place because of the pay , but be careful , your job is consistent with benefits , this is just a app with gigs , that is NOT consistent . It does give people a chance that have backgrounds on their record .🥰.

I see some of the negative or bad experiences people have had with people ready
you have to toughen up
and make sure you're heard
since they were Labor-Ready I've been able to pay my rent
I may have been at different job sites however I was able to pay my rent/bills
Issues you may be having:

Remember PAYROLL is done in ANOTHER STATE NOT IN Pennsylvania
There are other temp agencies out here now
However for pay by the day no one out beats people ready
