I can’t say enough good things about Staffing Service USA! They’re professional, caring, knowledgeable, and reliable. I was fortunate enough to work with Cheryl D, who possesses all of those qualities, tenfold. As a teacher, I can plainly say that this pandemic has taken an immense toll. When I finally made the difficult decision to leave education in pursuit of something different, I was quite lost and overwhelmed. I began sending my resume out, only sometimes receiving any response at all. I have a strong skill set but lacked direction in where and how to re-enter the workforce. When my resume made it to Staffing Service USA, I promptly received a call from Cheryl asking to set up a phone call. Little did I know that this would completely change my life. After only a few minutes on the phone with Cheryl, I felt comfortable, at ease, and supported- I was no longer on my own! We discussed not only my work history and competencies, but also my personality and passions. She understood that a good match is not merely about what you do but how you connect with it. As if by magic or divine intervention, Cheryl told me about this wonderful organization with an opening. The position could not have been a better fit for me. I’ve never been happier to come into work each day. I feel respected, appreciated, and encouraged to reach my full potential. I’ve never felt more confident! I couldn’t see the bigger picture until a few weeks after being hired, but Cheryl saw it from our first conversations and knew this was the perfect fit for me. She is incredibly gifted and kind, I can’t recommend Cheryl or this agency highly enough!
