“Dropped in during a work trip near Harrisburg. I was immediately met with such great hospitality. Walking into a new gym for the first time can be, at times, be a little overwhelming. I was welcomed like I was family.
The gym has incredible mat space and had a ton of talented grapplers on the mats. The atmosphere from the start was relaxed with the expectation that everyone works hard.
I will certainly be back any time I am in town in the future!
