I came in with a natural brown hair color (photo attached) and wanted icy white blonde and she nailed it!!! She also did a K18 treatment to prevent any damage to my hair and it feels so soft and healthy. I have had so many compliments and I can't stop looking at it. I would 10/10 highly recommend coming here!!“

I emailed them, shared my story, and Mark responded almost instantly. He was knowledgeable, professional, and consistent in his communication, which meant a lot to me.

Since this was my first hair appointment in 15 years and I don't get off work until 4:30 p.m., I was worried I wouldn't be able to get an appointment. Thankfully, Mark connected me with Jamie, who is such a beautiful soul (honestly, they all are!). It truly felt like a blessing.
