I am extremely nervous when it comes to getting my hair done because I have rarely found anyone who truly listens to what I want. I had one stylist I trusted, but unfortunately, she is no longer doing hair. Because of that, it had been nearly 10 years since I had my hair professionally colored and cut.

I searched online for highly rated salons near me, and Icon was the first to come up. After reading all the amazing reviews, I decided to contact them. Elli happened to answer my call and scheduled my appointment—and to say I am happy is an understatement!

Elli took her time with me, listened carefully, and continuously asked for my feedback throughout the entire appointment. She made me feel comfortable, heard, and completely at ease. The final result was nothing short of amazing! My curls have never looked this good, and my color is absolutely fabulous.

I already scheduled my six-week appointment, and I cannot wait to go back!

Bonus points: Icon has the sweetest shop dog named Kaia, who is the most adorable little fur baby you could ever meet!
