“Since nothing mechanical last forever, I knew we would eventually have an issue with the system GHAC installed for us in 2019, and that happened. Recently I placed a heat call because our home was not heating to the temp set on the thermostat.
Although Justin K. had a full schedule that day, GHAC still found time to fit our issue into his schedule. Justin isolated the issue as being with the heat pump, and before he left, he made sure our system was operating under emergency heat until the unit could be repaired.
Today, Shane Buck arrived to conduct the repair and found that one copper line had rubbed against another, creating a hole in the system that allowed the loss of freon. Shane repaired the line, recharged the system, and got our unit up and running as it should be.
I appreciate quality service, but I also appreciate transparency so, I want to add that both Justin and Shane fully disclosed exactly what was going on and how they were going to approach handling our issue.
