Since nothing mechanical last forever, I knew we would eventually have an issue with the system GHAC installed for us in 2019, and that happened. Recently I placed a heat call because our home was not heating to the temp set on the thermostat.
Although Justin K. had a full schedule that day, GHAC still found time to fit our issue into his schedule. Justin isolated the issue as being with the heat pump, and before he left, he made sure our system was operating under emergency heat until the unit could be repaired.
