They had wine and cheese for us in the lobby. And they gave me an adorable photo of Piper and her friends. Such a creative and fun atmosphere. I love the webcams. The people are wonderful. I feel confident my Piper is in good hands when she's here. But also nice perks!“

“We love coming here for walk-in nail trims. The staff is always friendly, patient, and easy to chat with—and they have endless patience with my dog, Mabel. She makes quite an entrance, pumping the brakes so hard she practically has to be dragged back. And at the end, she refuses to be crated, barking like a little maniac until I arrive. The team goes above and beyond by giving me a call when she’s almost finished so I can head over right on time. It’s those thoughtful little things that mean so much. ???“
