“This is a great company! I needed fascia replaced on the peak of my house and they did it very quickly and perfectly! While they were up on my 3-story house, they saw a few patches that needed done on the roof and did those for only a little more cost. Price was very nice! They are very good with communication and very courteous! I would definitely recommend them and they are also going to do my chimney repair. ADDED: They completed my chimney repair and it looks great! Still very affordable, courteous, and great work! We had recently moved in and there were no closets in our master bedroom. We also had to move the laundry area out of the kitchen. John from APJ did an excellent job installing 'his/her' closets, a linen closet, and a laundry closet in our master bedroom. They look like they have been there forever. “We have dealt with water issues for the entire 7 years living in Level Green. We finally were able to start a basement renovation and after a not-stellar interaction with another company, brought back Foundation Station. Jason and Eva are excellent to work with, and honest people who care about the work they are doing in your home. The foreman, John, was detail oriented and equally concerned about his work. In the end, he found a "secret room," that the seller had hidden under drywall, and all along, that was the cause of the problem! They expertly adapted to the new finding, and did additional work to correct the water problem. I would highly recommend them to any family that needs drainage or other work in their scope.“

“Overall we had a great experience with Integrity, they installed new windows in our attic. They ran into some “special” old house issues with installation, that made the install take a little longer, so the second day they brought an additional worker and finished in the 2 day install period. Overall easy to work with but would have appreciated a bit more communication on the window manufacturing delay.“

They did a full bathroom renovation - removing all materials down to the studs and rebuilding, including replacing a tub with a walk-in shower. “Couldn't be happier! We are so glad we choose to go with ACR, Greg and his team did a total remodel of our 5x8 1964 pink mud set tile bathroom and brought it into the 21st century. Although the wait to start construction was grueling (thanks covid) it was wellllll worth the wait. Due to a few hiccups with incorrect ordering it did take longer than expected. Site manager Brian was extremely professional, punctual, honest, and reliable. Cory and Dave were also very committed and friendly to work with. The team were always on time and showed when expected. The process went way smoother than I could have expected as it was our first major inside remodel. The showroom manager Sue was also very responsive and easy to communicate with in a timely manner. It was truly a seamless process to deal with. Taking on a full bath remodel is a very big financial commitment but its well worth it and after getting quotes from six other places including the "don't waste your time" with bath inserts or just replace shower tub area, our choice to do a full gut remodel was perfect.Service: Remodeling“
“ReviewOur home broke ground beginning of April 2023 and was completed end of August 2023, approximately three months earlier than expected! Our project manager Kevin did a great job scheduling and implementing the work performed contributing to the early project completion. He also provided weekly updates, communicated potential delayed materials with a plan to resolve, and accommodated additional aesthetic finishes we wanted after signing the contract. Throughout the build process we had multiple family and friends visit to see the progress, most of whom are familiar with the construction process. We received multiple compliments regarding the structural quality and professional work including the poured concrete, framing, electrical, and plumbing. Additionally, the construction site was neat and maintained throughout which we greatly appreciated.Four months of living in our home, we are absolutely happy with the choice of Schumacher Homes and the Charleston model. We enjoyed working in the office with Justin who helped us design two different models with multiple variations to design a home that met our wish list.Overall, we enjoyed the building process and love our home.“

“When I had a leaky faucet, I called a plumber to look at it and was told there was most likely no way to fix it due to it being an older style faucet with no access panel and behind tile. He suggested replacing the entire system which would require breaking apart the tile. He said I could try other plumbers but most would tell me the same thing. I called around and got a hold of Jeff who said he could have someone here after lunch. The tech actually got here early and was able to complete the work by purchasing the stems at Home Depot and changing them out. The only reason they are getting 4 instead of 5 stars is I was charged for 2 hours of work, when the total work time was only about 30 minutes. The rest of the time was for the trip to Home Depot which is only about 10 min away“
