Once we were alerted to the fact that the individual who gave us the initial quote etc. was no longer with the company the owner took over coordinating the job. From that point forward he was great with keeping us updated on when he would be able to obtain materials, any delays that came up on the supplier end and kept us updated as far as scheduling around weather etc. He came out after the job was completed to make sure we were happy with the work as well as to make sure it was up to his standards.
