“Roy Lomas Carpets installed new carpeting throughout our second floor and stairs. My wife and I could not be happier with the result. Their price included: moving furniture, tearing out and disposing of the old carpet, and installing new padding and carpet. Lowes had the least expensive price of the four retail carpet places that we went to. Our sales person, Pattie, made shopping very easy. With the guesstimated amount of carpet needed she was able to give us a fairly accurate price. The price was less after they measured as we needed less carpet than anticipated.
The installers cared for our home well, were efficient, and craftsman in their trade. They did an excellent job with minimal marks on our newly painted trim (which is to be expected).“

“We recently hired Dave to install new hardwood flooring in our family room and to refinish our existing hardwood floors in the foyer to match. He did a wonderful job executing the project and now I have the hardwood floors I always wanted! He’s very detailed and conscientious at a very reasonable cost. I would definitely hire him again when we’re ready to install more hardwood floors or install hardwood on our stairs.“

“Excellent experience from the initial call, pickup, drop-off and relay, and on-site cleaning. We had 2 large area rugs and a hall runner that were taken to the shop for cleaning since we have refurbished hardwood floors; pickup was uneventful. Upon return the techs were attentive and careful to relay, mindful of our furniture. They cleaned a couch, 2 high back chairs, and another area rug. They did a great job and have excellent customer service. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely recommend them wholeheartedly!“

“My wife and I recently replaced our carpet on our second floor with new floors. We received a few different quotes and chose Shawn and his team at Affordable Floors for a couple of reasons. It was clear in our initial consult with Shawn that his team’s preparation and attention to detail were not matched by the other vendors. He gave us a precise plan for our floors which included installing a new layer of 1/4 inch subfloor across the entire upstairs. This was a critical step that other vendors were not offering. The reason this mattered to us is because our new floors are LVP. With LVP it is crucial to have a 100% flat surface (or as close to it) as an under-layer for the longevity of the floors. As you can see in the pictures provided they did an incredible job with this prep step. Next Shawn and his team have a large inventory of different high end styles and colors. We found exactly what we wanted in a quick trip to the showroom. Lastly the installation went off extremely well. Shawn came by at the end of the project to ensure everything met our standard, and to finish off a few remaining items. We had a great experience and would recommend Shawn and his team to anyone in search of a great vendor for their flooring project.“
