“I cannot thank Dr. Brown and his wonderful team enough. Before finding him, I was in a desperate situation with my vision. I went to America’s Best several times to no avail, and was eventually told to go to Wills Eye Emergency—only for them to tell me they couldn’t help me either. I was incredibly frustrated and losing hope.
From my very first appointment, Dr. Brown was a breath of fresh air. He was deeply caring and took his time during every single visit to truly understand what was going on. Because I don't have insurance, he went above and beyond to make sure I was prescribed the lowest-cost medication possible so I could actually afford my treatment. After just several appointments with him, my vision completely cleared up. I truly feel like a new person.
The entire experience at his office is fantastic. It has such a friendly, inviting atmosphere, and they make things so convenient by texting you appointment updates.
