She clearly and gently explained the condition I developed and referred me to a retina specialist. She discussed what it was, what it wasn’t, and highlighted the cause. Not my fault (Whew!) She answered my questions without adding undo worry, wisely leaving those next steps to the specialist.Let me not forget to thank Joan who scheduled my appointment with the specialist.
