“He was a great Veterinarian. I took animals to him for years until his retirement. He was great with them and seemed to know his job very well.He didn't charge an arm and a leg. He seemed to care about the animals more than most. He was reasonable and he could know what was wrong by just looking at them sometimes. He was always great with the animals and I miss him horribly. He looked at my one animal and said I believe she has a thyroid disease. He treated her and she recovered quite quickly and went on to live many years afterwards. He was a great Veterinarian.“

They asked me what was wrong with my dog Missy, they told me they could get me in in 1 hour now that is customer service. When we arrived everyone we spoke with was very friendly and caring.

“As messed up as it is to put a pet down we had to bring our 15 year old beauty maia here because she was not doing good at all i had got quotes from other places trying to scam us and make us pay around 450 for a bunch of unnecessary stuff so i called these guys and they were not only the cheapest hands down they were also the most caring and sympathetic i highly recommend these guys hands down they made it as easy as possible LOVE YOU MAIA THE WHOLE FAMILY MISSES YOU“

“Dr Jimenez did a wonderful job with my very sore mare... she responded so well to the chiropractic and acupuncture care. He was thorough and showed me how to help stretch her out and had suggestions on feed and supplements to help.His staff (Lauren) is fantastic.. she is super responsive to emails and calls and was a ton of help with supplement suggestions when my mare showed she was picky. I highly recommend this practice and will continue to use them!! Very quality care!!“

“We were in urgent need of a vet and called around to vets in the area. We spoke with a kind receptionist who helped me with all of my questions of pricing and procedures. They had the lowest prices and were so empathetic on the phone. They were able to bring us in that day. They are located right before BB's grocery store. The parking lot is small, but we were able to park our minivan and truck there easily. We were welcomed right away as we walked in and the nurses were so helpful in accommodating our big family and our sick dog. They made us comfortable in a room, brought blankets for our large dog as well. After evaluation our dog needed to be euthanized. They walked us through the procedures and all their options and totaled the prices for us to make the process as easy as possible. We did not have to wait long after we made our decision. The doctor also was so helpful and sweet. It made everyone else in the family very calm and deal with the mourning better. We were so pleased to have come here and I am glad they took care of us so well. If I'm the future we get a dog, this is the place where we will come. Thank you“

“I normally don’t do reviews but I absolutely felt the need to with HoneyBrook Animal Hospital; they were accommodating, caring and listened to our needs/ concerns. My Staffy is reactive boy with strangers and horrendous at the vet. Dr. Frankel made us feel so comfortable and heard. He was patient and very knowledgeable. “Dr. Pat is the MOST WONDERFUL human being ever! She is Saint Francis reincarnated - animals of all sizes and temperaments just gravitate toward her and love her. She has gone above and beyond for my fur babies and is the most selfless person. She’s kind, compassionate, intelligent, and will do anything for an animal. I’ve reached out with pictures or in a panic and she either reassures me or gets us in immediately. She’s been there for emergencies or annual appointments, she’s reliable and realistic. We’ve been going to her almost 5 years now and there’s nobody else I would trust as much as her. Her prices are fair and humor is free, she’s the most intelligent and easiest person to talk to. The negative reviews (3 out of a million) are people who probably went to her private parking lot and used it to loiter. If you want a parking lot to hang out in go to Wawa. They aren’t customers or people that know her, just passer-byes attempting to use her private land because they think it’s convenient for them and got upset that she told them to leave. She’s an amazing person and anybody that knows her will agree she’s a superhuman! We love you Dr Pat!!“
