“I boarded my dog here for over a week while we were away and they took such great care of him! They even gave me a cute little report card when they sent him home telling me how he behaved/ate. The facility is clean and well cared for, plus they are attached to their veterinary hospital so it gives me peace of mind leaving my dog there.“

“Its a good and decent place wish they had online site for pet records. They treat my cat well but dogs barking cause stress my cat. They said there be a feliway room. My cat is usually ok but dogs but they where barking loud. Yes i knoe dogs get anxious. They did help my boy“

“This place is perfect because My dog loves it! So that always a great thing! Only thing is I've stopped in and sat and waited for someone to come to the receptionist desk and nobody ever came. I'm not sure why because I heard people talking and I rang the bell at the front desk. The employees seem very friendly when you talk tho. And have waited for a long time to pick my dog up. Hard to get someone to answer the phone sometimes too. But I'd still deal with that to have my dog play there! It's very clean and my dog loves it. I also love the live web cam. You can watch your dog on nice cameras all day.“

But the first time I brought our pitbull mix into Puffy Paws, they said they were so happy to have her breed which made me so excited as some groomers aren’t the most welcoming of dogs like her! We’ve been there twice now for monthly grooming and the second time Ellie was SO happy to get inside. “From the minute you walk in you see smiles everywhere. It's easy to see everyone there loves their job. They work together one helping the other not a complaint. Even the staff at the desk showed empathy when describing my need for a visit. I asked to see Dr. Dymun and her right hand girl Jessica. They both have a wonderful sense of humor and can put their client and patient at ease. Together they worked methodically a step at a time until they decided on a plan of action-test-wait for results-another test if needed, etc.Directions were given in understandable terms and questions answered. I was contacted to make sure my dog was improving. I always leave there feeling relieved and know my pet is in good hands.“
