“We have loved Karen’s K9s since stating one of our dogs in daycare in 2018. We’ve since moved twice and live too far for daycare but drive an hour each way to board our 2 dogs. Meg, Steve, Eric, and the rest of the staff are amazing and treat our dogs like their own. The flexibility they offer is also unmatched with always accommodating a last minute drop off, adding an extra day, and being on standby when we were awaiting the arrival of our two human babies. Highly recommend trusting them with your pups!“

“I can't say enough good things about East Bradford. I walked in as a new patient appointment arriving early. I was treated as if I had been coming there for years. They addressed me by name, asked if that was Katie, my cat, and before I could sit they told me to go to the examining room and Dr Meg would be with me shortly.
Dr Meg immediately asked if she could sit on the floor with Katie and answered every question I had with knowledge and patience.
After the wonderful experience my sister brought in our cat, Nala, who can be quite difficult. Well apparently not with Dr Meg and the techs who had no problem trimming her nails. Coming from the one that spoils her I struggle to get that accomplished. And furthermore my sister said she will not go to another Vet. Such a warm and inviting environment.“

“i brought my kitty in for an urgent care visit. i was greeted by the very friendly front desk employee. i had a great experience with the front desk, vet and nurses. the vet i saw was very thorough with the exam and explanation for what my cat was experiencing. my kitty got the necessary medication and is all good now! wonderful experience, i would absolutely take my pets here again“

“I am so thankful for the wonderful staff and Dr Holmsten. It was a very upsetting time for me to watch my cat of 12 years keep throwing up and lost alot of weight in over the last 3 months. I was told by my previous vet when I called them they couldn't see my cat. So I made 1 call to Animal clinic of Westtown and a very welcoming voice answered and told me to bring my cat in within the hour. I brought my cat in to find she probably has cancer. At which I was talked to about euthanasia. Which I had chose so I didn't have to see her suffer. I will be moving all of my animals from my previous vet to Animal Clinic
of Westtown Village. Definitely the Best staff all the way from the time I walked in the door til the time I left. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND“

“This week I had all my pups groomed at Vanity fur at Ludwigs Corner…. 6 of them. Big, small, and one is completely blind.
The service we receive here is awesome. Our pups always look amazing and I love how they cater to our dogs. I get a 15 minute heads up and then I swap out one dog for another. Less stress on the pup. Patrice does the grooming on most of our dogs and Sabrina does our blind Pomchi and they both are incredible groomers. Thank you to Nicole who always is pleasant and helpful with scheduling ?

“I’ve used What a Good Dog for Manners 1 and 2 with both of my golden retrievers, and I’ve always been so impressed with the entire staff. Every experience has been wonderful. Recently, I scheduled a private training lesson for my two-year-old golden retriever with Mary and Sam, and I truly couldn’t have better things to say about our time together. It was absolutely worth it.

From the very beginning, they took the time to observe and understand the dynamic between me and my dog — even down to watching him get out of the car. In just a short amount of time, they were able to read us so well and give incredibly helpful, thoughtful feedback on how to support his impulsiveness, keep him more engaged, and build a stronger connection during walks.

I’m a hands-on, visual learner, and they went above and beyond to teach and educate me on reactive behaviors, especially around pulling and jumping. They introduced us to the Gentle Leader, which has been absolutely game changing for our walks and has set both me and my dog up for so much more success.

My dog walker came to the session as well, and Mary and Sam were so patient, encouraging, and nonjudgmental with all of us. Their knowledge, calm energy, and willingness to explain the “why” behind everything made the entire experience truly outstanding.

“I have been using Dr Perkins and her staff since 1994. We are on our fifth dog. Dr Perkins and the other Drs are knowledgeable in all aspects of pet care. They work with the owners in all aspects of the animals care. I have used the boarding facility's as well I have always been happy with the boarding care as well.“
