“I cannot say how amazing this groomer is! And I ended that in a preposition… for all those grammatical scholars! Kimberly is phenomenal! Not only is she spectacular with my 4 yr old King Charles but my parents King Charles who has congestive heart failure come for grooming with her. She is amazing with how sensitive his needs are but she loves him the way our family loves him.
We are so thankful to find a groomer that will always be there for our pet before a fee!!

“My experience has been that they genuinely care about my dog's wellbeing much more than making money. They have been thorough and honest with respect to his care. There have also been opportunities where they could have unnecessarily ran up the bill with unnecessary things and they have not done that, which is something I really appreciate and has really grown my trust in them“

“I will be eternally grateful for Samantha! She was able to get my Toast girl in quickly despite having a full book, and she worked magic on her. Toast was called a princess, but she really got the queen treatment! Everything about the experience was great. Great communication, great place, great groomer, great cut, great advice, great pricing, etc. You really would be hard pressed to find a better place to take your cat. “My dog hasn’t been back in quite some time just because …of life . . We go back today and 3 employees were at the door welcoming my Walter !! They loved him up and made me feel so comfortable leaving him again. I was updated with photos and a report card . This is now my only place I choose for my best friend.“

We drop off and the dogs know that they are in for a great week. My daughter and other family members started boarding here and are beyond happy with the care. We highly recommend them!!!“

“I am so thankful for the wonderful staff and Dr Holmsten. It was a very upsetting time for me to watch my cat of 12 years keep throwing up and lost alot of weight in over the last 3 months. I was told by my previous vet when I called them they couldn't see my cat. So I made 1 call to Animal clinic of Westtown and a very welcoming voice answered and told me to bring my cat in within the hour. I brought my cat in to find she probably has cancer. At which I was talked to about euthanasia. Which I had chose so I didn't have to see her suffer. I will be moving all of my animals from my previous vet to Animal Clinic
of Westtown Village. Definitely the Best staff all the way from the time I walked in the door til the time I left. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND“

“super happy with my experience here, my dog Tia looked beautiful after her first haircut. I appreciated that it wasn’t super loud and chaotic in there, obviously grooming shops are not the quietest place but all things considered it seems like a fairly stress free environment for the dogs. The staff are all kind and welcoming. The price of services are fair and the quality is there.“

She did so good I brought my other two, Dudley and Otto, to her. Each different cuts. Dudley puppy cut and Otto show cut. They too came home with wonderful cuts. “We have loved Karen’s K9s since stating one of our dogs in daycare in 2018. We’ve since moved twice and live too far for daycare but drive an hour each way to board our 2 dogs. Meg, Steve, Eric, and the rest of the staff are amazing and treat our dogs like their own. The flexibility they offer is also unmatched with always accommodating a last minute drop off, adding an extra day, and being on standby when we were awaiting the arrival of our two human babies. Highly recommend trusting them with your pups!“

“This place is SO amazing! Our groomer, Jenna, does such a great job! I asked for a “puppy” haircut for our miniature schnauzer but said I still wanted her to have a little beard and eyebrows. She did such a great job and my husband and I keep looking at her and saying how cute she looks since her appointment! Our dog can be VERY temperamental, and I struggle to cut her nails at home.
