“From start to finish, my project roof replacement due to hail damage was great. From the initial contact with my salesman Nathaniel. I was given information which I found to be true and reliable all the way through the project. From the initial insurance claim to the removal of my solar panels (yes I have 21 solar panels that had to be removed) all the scheduling was handled by the representative with expertise and regard for our well being keeping us well informed during the time that transpired from initial contact to the completion of the project.
The solar company that was procured by the roofing company at my behest was also very efficient in their execution of the removal and reinstallation of my solar panels after the job was done.
The roofing crew was excellent as they arrived around 7:30 am and by 4:30 pm everything was cleaned up, picked up and except for the dumpster (which the garbage company was contacted to remove) I wouldn't have known they had even been to my house except for the new roof that was now complete. The crew was courteous taking care of my property while tearing off a double shingled roof and then reinstalling what was purchased. When they were done the entire area around my house was clear of any nails, paper and debris including my deck in the back of my house which is quite large.
I think you can tell the satisfaction I have experienced from everyone involved with my project. I think Guardian provides a great value.

“The crew did wonderful job. They where very fast and efficient. What seemed like a blink of an eye the old siding was down and the new siding was up. The team also was wonderful when it was discovered that an issue came up with my tv and internet cable. Working together with my telecom provider the team assisted in a new cable being run and completely hidden behind the new siding.“

“I Had my roof , siding , gutters and everything done. Jon was very informative about how bad our roof was .(and it was very very bad ) I knew that before I called around. He worked with me throughout the whole process and tried to save me money wherever he could. His workers could not have been nicer they were very prompt and on time and worked very hard throughout the days . He’s very thorough and detail oriented. He actually did things he didn’t have to do (Free of charge ) just so everything would look uniform when he was finished. I would recommend economic Roofing to everyone. They were one of three estimates all around the same price I had , but I knew as soon as I sat and talked to Jon He was the one I was going to have do the job . So glad I did .“

“After searching around and looking at the work of a few contractors we contacted Mike from KPI Jr about a complete exterior renovation of our home in Fairless Hills. We had scheduled 3 contractors for estimates and of the 3 one did not show up, Mike gave us an estimate and we had one more estimate. The other estimate did not include the extras that we added on after deciding to go with Mike and that estimate was over $20k higher than Mike. This led me to believe that Mike may have missed something. We scrutinized the estimate with Mike and did some digging and we hired Mike. In the scope of our project there will be obstacles and we have had some but Mike has been careful to handle these professionally and did his best to make sure we were happy with the results. We are just about 95% complete and my wife and I are very happy with our decision to go with KPI jr. I highly recommend him to handle your construction needs.“

“Initially called Prime when we had water running down our living room wall from a failed roof seal on the soil pipe. They came out and replaced it quickly- which stopped the leak. We then spoke to Bernie and got an estimate for a new roof. The estimate was very fair. They also installed new skylights and gutters. On the install day the Crew was excellent. Also, Rick the foreman was on site and supervised the install and answered all questions. Very good clean-up and was assured that they would be there for any future issues. Very, very pleased. “This company replaced my roof in 2021. I thought everything was done correctly until we developed mold in our attic and were notified that the roof was not properly ventilated. This is also a requirement of the roof warranty so I'm assuming my warranty is void. Mold was remediated and I have called to see if they can help with the ventilation situation. 4 phone calls over the last few weeks, no response.

If you decide to use this company, hope that you dont have a problem after. They will never return your call.

Update: I was able to get in contact with our previous project manager from USA Roofmasters. He was responsive and set up for a crew to come out and install the proper inflow ventilation. It may have taken a while, but they did make it right in the end.“

Four years ago when I had a leak, Joe advised me to repair vs replace the roof (he was the only roofer of three I called who came out and gave me a thoughtful estimate that considered repair vs immediately jumping to replacing it). Most recently, I had Primo come out to inspect my roof for vulnerabilities after my nextdoor neighbor experienced a wildlife intrusion through her roof vent. I was concerned my roof might wind up the animal's next target, since I have the same style vent. Joe and his team went up on the roof and told me my vent is completely sealed, took pictures of it, and reassured me I don't need to do anything to safeguard it.
