We called Frank to schedule a home inspection for a property we were thinking of buying. He promptly returned our call and we were immediately able to schedule the inspection for 9 a.m. Monday morning. The morning of the inspection when I got there Frank was already up on the roof taking pictures! I found him to be exceptionally knowledgeable in his field and he answered every question I asked thoroughly explaining everything in detail. Frank is professional, friendly and very easy to talk to. He found several issues with the home and took his time talking with us making sure we understood what the deficiencies were and how much potential repairs would cost.
