This is the second home we’ve bought and I couldn’t recommend Fred from Pillar to Post more! Blows our previous home inspection experience out of the water. He answered all my questions and concerns, was extremely thorough, and even explained macitence and upkeep on certain things we weren’t familiar with. I love how this inspection included photos of any findings, video walkthrough of the home, layout with measurements, attached manuals for all our appliances… and more! Had the inspector there for pre-purchase inspections. These were general inspection, wood infestation inspection and radon inspection. Fred was very knowledgeable in the home's features and walked me through a few features I was unaware of during the inspection. I learned about some routine maintenance on a few items regarding the house as well. Overall, a great experience.
Fred was very professional, he put up with me asking all kinds of questions during the inspection, very through, not afraid to get dirty, then answered the rest of my questions after inspection and gave me alot of additional info/ answers that really helped.
