Tom was very personable and professional. I called him on a Monday and he was able to do the inspection on my day off, which was Sunday. VERY THOROUGH! I can't emphasize that enough. I am looking to purchase a rental property and I knew that given my price range, that whatever I found would be older and would need a fair amount of work.The whole inspection was about 3 hours and was very reasonably priced. Also, he emailed me an extremely detailed report of 38 pages the very next day!I know that I will definitely be using him for any further property inspections. Thank you very much Tom.

Tom Grove was amazing! I reached out to him late on a Saturday evening and he got back to me Sunday afternoon. We were scheduled for that Tuesday morning to do a full home and pest inspection on a property we are purchasing. He was extremely reasonably priced, worked well between all of the parties involved and was very professional yet laid back and friendly to talk to. We couldn’t be happier with our inspection and he gave us very clear answers on any questions we had and gave us suggestions on how to fix the few minor issues he found. Super nice guy and helpful! I called many companies and he was the best overall in every way! Look no further!

Tom was quick and respectful and gave me a great learning experience. He put together a detailed report with tons of pictures, and emailed it to me within 36 hours even though it was a holiday weekend. I would definitely call Tom again.
