Michael is the absolute best. We weren’t able to join our inspection in person but he went above and beyond to explain everything in detail. He was helpful with follow up calls to give us more information about our home, and had recommendations for local companies to help where we needed it. We’re really grateful for his help and confidence in the home we bought!!

Can’t say enough good things about Michael! One time, honest, thorough, kind, efficient. He gave a very in depth report and gave all the reasons for his findings. We do appreciate it as we have peace of mind about our home, and are able to get the repairs needed so it can be perfect! Michael really went above and beyond, we mentioned we were building a deck and offered to look at the plans to make sure it was being built properly. He didn’t have to, but it was incredibly kind of him to offer. Highly recommend if you are looking for a home inspector, he’s the best!
