I had quite a lot confusion with switching my work software from an HP to an Apple laptop. I couldn’t get literally anything on my software to work and then it wouldn’t even open. I also had some other issues with my desktop, as well. With it being work-related, I needed help quickly. I messaged Mark for help and explained how I had to fix these issues on a time schedule. Due to the quarantine we are going through right now, he not only literally stopped what he was doing to help me right away, but he worked with me via phone, video, and explained things for me to be able to understand with ease.
