I stupidly got coffee into the motherboard of my laptop. I was freaking out! Saw this place in google with the good reviews - did not disappoint. Mike sent out my macbook pro 2020 with the touch bar to be fixed and it was wonderful! The overall process was a waiting game but Mike always kept me in the loop and assured me every step of the way. His prices are more than fair and he offers you advice too as to what my options were. I recommend pc care for all types of electronics and mike treat your stuff as if he was fixing his own!! Appreciate you Mike, now I can study for my exams in peace with my laptop again :)
Joe at PC Care was fantastic! Though he was able to diagnose the issue with my husband's computer, it was ultimately not fixable. However, he went above and beyond to make sure he managed to get the data transferred off the hard drive, which was really the most important thing to us. Joe was incredibly kind, friendly, communicative, prompt, and detailed in his communications and feedback. Spoke in layman's terms but without talking down to us. Hopefully we won't have any more computer issues in the near future, but if we do, we will definitely be coming here again. I highly recommend PC Care.
I had 2 places tell me my MacBook Air was dead, including the Apple Store then I get a text from PC Care saying they could fix it. I was a little skeptical at first but sure enough they were able to repair it and save all my data. The cost was reasonable for the scope of the repairs. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you need computer repair give them a chance. I highly recommend their services.
