Superior Customer Service and Michael was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. He remoted into my computers (all 3) and repaired the issues I was having related to printer installations that I need to use daily. I give him a SOLID 5 (10) if I could and would recommend him to everyone who needs IT support. I appreciate all the help he was able to give and even though I don't want to have issues with any of my software or devices, he will be my go-to in the future with any problems I should encounter.
