Customer service has really gone way side now a days. Didn’t make me feel uncomfortable but we’re not as warm as I think they should be, after all your eyes are very important to you and shouldn’t be trusted with just anyone. The treatment makes you feel like their cutting costs and need you in and out as quickly as possible. The mighty Dollar has changed a lot of businesses and industries. Please work on customer service make us feel important (paid almost $200 for contacts and more than $300 for glasses without even getting a sample contact case and saline definitely cutting costs too much). I used to go to Shawnee Optical when I was younger so i reached back out. Got scheduled very quickly, my appointment went well and the staff was extremely sweet to me and i really needed that. Special thanks to Stacy and Paula for being so kind, genuine, and flexible with my needs! Love this place a lot, still like when i was younger. ?
