My hot water tank went out and Troy literally showed up 40 minutes after my first call to him. He walked me through the hows and whys of the problem and helped me make the best choice for my home and my pocketbook. Very highly recommend.
Oh, and in rare form for contractors now a days, he showed up exactly the minute he said he would both times he came out!
Troy came out on a Sunday, which was incredibly convenient and accommodating. Troy's knowledge and expertise were immediately apparent. He took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I fully understood the situation and the options available.
Beyond his professionalism, Troy's honesty stood out. It's rare to find someone so transparent and trustworthy. He didn't try to upsell unnecessary services and provided a clear and fair assessment.
Overall, my experience with Troy was exceptional.
The best hands down Always fair, great family business!
