The project quickly got out of control and we had to bring in Gingrich Builders. Gingrich Builders quickly addressed all the issues and got our log house back on solid ground and looking beautiful once again. Gingrich knows their "Log" stuff and lesson learned. We should have contracted Gingrich in the first place! Highly recommend them!“

“Gilmer's came recommended by contractors and realtors I respect to build our basement bath. His bid was fair and I liked that payments after the deposit were only made after successful township inspections. He added value with mid-project scope changes that were reasonably priced. Problems discovered during the job were thoroughly explained and costs managed. His staff was courteous, friendly, competent and kept things clean. Carpet damaged as part of reno was quickly repaired without issue. Even though we scheduled work 6 months out due to him being in high demand, I was very impressed that he still finished the bathroom only 1 day later than estimated. The bathroom came out beautifully and is a clear upgrade to our lifestyle. We'll be using Gilmer again.“

“This is second time we have had Bachmans Roofing and we are very pleased….the first time, they put a roof over our deck. The second time, they put a new roof over our whole house! Up Front about the cost and the procedures and the possibility of additional cost, depending on the condition of the plywood under the shingles.
