No need to go on with your research because you are not going to find a better place than this one. Excellent service. I brought in my gaming laptop for battery issues, and I was able to get the help I needed swiftly. Jorge was very communicative during the entire process, was incredibly kind and patient, and got the job done. 11/10, highly recommend.
The tech who came to my house was top notch in every way. From the start he communicated well, he arrived here at the agreed to time, he went about the job with a no nonsense approach and finished up in a timely way.So far everything he worked on - new RAM and new hard drive are working perfectly. Has been a very satisfying, gratifying experience!
