“I was scheduled for surgery on my right big toe because of severe pain and numbness which restricted my mobility. While I awaited my surgery date, I decided to go to the Hetrick Center in Middletown for aquatic therapy to help alleviate secondary pain in my knee, hip, and lower back caused by limping. After three weeks of aquatic therapy, I noticed the pain and numbness in my toe started to subside along with the pain in my knee, hip, and lower back. I then started seeing a chiropractor at the Hetrick Center to determine the true cause of my pain which turned out not to be the toe! I'm happy to say I was able to cancel the surgery and I'm almost completely pain free!
