“I started coming to South Central Chiropractic after a motor vehicle accident. I was shown kindness and empathy immediately by Alex. She got me in quickly, dealt with the horror that is insurance from an accident, and always greets with a smile. When I met with Dr. Acosta, he evaluated my injuries and came up with a treatment plan taking into consideration my pain and soreness. He was gentle while adjusting my back and neck until I could tolerate more. I saw him multiple times a week for a long time, and I'm now down to once every two weeks. We have come a long way. I say "we" because it's been a team effort. He gave me stretches and instructions for heat and ice at home, and always asks where I'm having issues before he starts each adjustment.
