I entered this program with what was diagnosed as extreme sleep apnea. After completing the first 6 months of maintenance, I needed to have another sleep test done. The second test showed I have mild sleep apnea. I lost 20+ pounds on this program. I am going for another 10 to 20 pounds to remove the CPAP machine altogether. This program works.
