I've been coming to StrongMind Fit for 5 months and I love it! I've lost a few pounds some inches but most of all i gained confidence and I feel great when I leave there! Rachel works really hard with our Stong Mind Fit family ! Highly recommend ❤️ ???? ??

After my surgery I was looking for a place to get back to the strength I had before my surgery. Rachel and her staff safely got me to my goals. They make everything fun and tough. I never thought I would like the gym but being here makes me want to keep working on myself.

StrongMindFit is the best gym I have ever been to. Rachel’s expertise and thoughtfulness in her group training and fitness classes motivate me to work out consistently. Highly highly recommend this gym!
