Whatever timeline he lays out for your project, his ability to stay on point with it is uncanny. Our Daikin split system was installed in October. We just went through a cold snap in December (as in wind chills of -30). Could’ve relied on radiator heat to supplement. Didn’t have to even though he said back in the fall that we might need to in such cases. This system rocks. It was 3 AM and Zach was friendly and professional. Over the phone he made it clear that he would get my furnace working for me. “I filled out the online form for a request for service in May 2024 about a busted toilet and busted shut-off valve in an older home. I got a call at 6:30 in the morning.
