They also have a great reward system that keeps kids motivated to work on positive habits at home and school, and they get recognized and rewarded during class, which my kids really enjoy.
One of my kids is on the spectrum, and we were initially a bit worried, but the instructors have been incredibly patient, supportive, and understanding. It’s made such a difference.
Another big plus is the flexibility and convenience. The schedule is very accommodating, and their app makes it super easy to sign up for classes and check in, making the whole process really seamless for busy families.

I highly recommend the F45 Dresher location! I used a passport visit while in town visiting family and squeezed in two classes. The trainers here are fantastic! They are super knowledgeable and excellent at helping with form. On top of that, the studio is clean and the people are so nice. I’m already looking forward to dropping back in during my next trip in July!
