“We used Tyler and his team at North Point to install a new roof and we could not be happier. Everyone was very professional and Tyler went above and beyond to answer any questions and make sure everything was just the way we wanted it. Pricing was great and they finished quickly and you cannot even tell they were here (except for the beautiful new roof)! If you are looking for a new roof - look no further! I can not recommend Tyler and his team enough. From the minute he answered my call, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. They were extremely responsive and proactive throughout the entire process. I replaced a shingle roof with 3/4 wood planks underneath. Even though I needed some repairs, The job was done in one day and the clean up was immaculate. The thing that stood out from the start was their excellent communication. Right away I knew I was in good hands. I must say my job was a little tricky because of low electrical wires in the way, but Luis and the team of workmen here took their time and did an excellent job. I would give them 10 stars if I could! The roof looks incredible and exceeded my expectations. Give them a shout and see for yourself! “Nyles Truelove was amazing! And I never met him. While on vacation my husband was in an accident and we were unable to get home. A neighbor came into our home after being gone for over a month and she discovered a leak. The damage was extensive because we were gone for so long. The photos of the damage were devastating. We called him out thinking the leak would be a quick fix but with each roadblock we came across, he talked us through and ultimately the problem was fixed after 3 hours and an additional trip to the hardware store. He showed us exactly where the problems were, he gave us recommendations on what to replace in the future if we need work done.
