“We had to have our roof replaced due to damage. The roof itself looks great. The communication was minimal at best. We had to reach out several times to get a date, so we could take off work. We were told it would be within a week, it was a month later. Once they got the sale, they dropped the ball multiple times. We were told they would clean up the area, they did not. We found a nail in our driveway as we went to park our car and handfuls of insulation and plastic on the ground. We were told the sales rep would be back for a walk around and the final pmt. Instead I received an email to certify they checked, which they did not. After the guys left the install, no one was here to check the work. We were also told we would give them a check, nope that was via email also with a very undetailed invoice. All of this after them saying we needed a ventilation fan, which we didn't and that the head of sales would call, which they didn't. Apparently the cost of the fan and install was only a difference of $170. I find that hard to believe with their rates. Emails and calls for the report, complete invoice and photos to submit to insurance go unanswered. We thought hiring local would be a good thing.

Update: Ben, the head of sales came out, he checked the roof, cleaned up the remaining debris, and had our refund check issued for over pmt. I appreciated how he came out that day and looked over everything and was very understanding. The roof looks great and we are satisfied with the job they did.“

“Mr Heiner put a roof on my Red Lion home September 2025. He showed me pictures where shingles had blown off and also where my roof was so bad that it caused ceiling damage in my master bedroom. My existing roof was 23 years old and in really bad condition. He was actually surprised that I didn't have ceiling damage in one of my other bedrooms and one of my bathrooms. About 3 weeks after the roof was put on, I noticed the floor was wet in my hallway. I called and left a message with Mr Heiner on a Friday. That Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. there was a knock at my door. To my surprise, it was Mr Heiner. He was very prompt in addressing my issue. He had me show him where the water had come in. He said he bet it was around the two vents his employee had done. His assessment was spot on. He went up on the roof and took care of the problem in minutes; and I have not had a problem since. Mr Heiner was so respectful, courteous, attentive to my questions and concerns and always listened. It was like talking to an old friend. I'm a 73 yr old widow and many times if any one of these apply 1) female 2) senior 3) widow some businesses will price gouge. As you can see, all three apply but Mr Heiner treated me fairly. I would highly recommend him. Several of my neighbors also had him put a roof on their homes. Don't listen to the negative reviews. Some people just like to complain and they're not happy no matter what.“
