“I’ve been a part of the care club program for some time now and it is absolutely worth it!! My latest call was in regards to a plumbing problem— specifically the fact that my kitchen sink decided to take a permanent vacation while we were international.. I made the call and next day we had Mark come out to our home, he diagnosed the problem and with in a couple weeks (through our choice) Mark came back out to do a full install for our sink and faucet!! Mark is absolutely in this business for passion and for his love to help people- it was extremely evident from the moment I first spoke to him on the phone when we were trying to set our initial appointment. He is extremely patient and well mannered and took the time to show and explain everything that was going on which was huge for me because I have a ton of anxiety when it comes to anything home improvement related.
