We've been using this office for about 4 years now and it would have been nice of them to notify current patients of the office relocation. The Carlisle Exchange Optical Department is proud to continue the excellent service it has been providing for years! We are dedicated to offering friendly, knowledgeable support—whether you’re selecting the perfect pair of glasses, getting a quick adjustment or repair, or placing an order with your prescription.

While we do not have a doctor onsite, you’re welcome to bring in a valid prescription for glasses or contacts, and we’ll be happy to assist you. You can also bring in your own personal frames—even if they weren’t purchased from us—as long as they’re accessible and able to safely hold new lenses.

We proudly serve both military and civilian families, and we accept a variety of insurance plans. No appointment is necessary—walk-ins are always welcome! We are open Monday through Saturday, and closed on Sundays.

As the Optical Manager, Kay Wright, along with my part-time optician Christina Valentine, we are both willing, ready, and honored to serve our community.
