Mechanicsburg Eye is a full service optical office, and they are very thorough in addressing any need I have. The doctors are very personable, and the front office staff provide great customer service. I have stopped by without an appointment to have the fit of my glasses adjusted, or the nose pads repaired, and they are were welcoming and helpful.

I had an eye emergency and they returned my call very quickly and arranged for me to be seen almost right away. Dr Graden who saw me was very helpful and personable. He took time to explain things to me even though it was near closing time.

Front desk was very nice and understanding. My Dr Jennifer Costales was very nice, she listened to me and worked with me unlike my previous experience at other eye places. The eye glass purchase side was very nice too and helped me decide on a pair of frames.
