“I've used Agentis a few times now, once for a significant project(replacing all the pipes in my house plus moving replacing and installing a new gas hot water heater and moving it into the basement) and then to help diagnose and figure out a difficult to find small leak.

Both times I was extraordinarily impressed both with how reasonable the price was compared to what I expected(for the big service) and what I paid at other places(for the small service) and just how good of a job, professional and downright friendly and helpful everyone I interacted with was.

I honestly can't imagine calling anyone else at this point, they have earned me as a customer for life at this point unless something absolutely crazy happened. I really can't say enough good things about them, I would strongly recommend using them if you have need for a service they provide. Special shout out to Adam who has gone above and beyond while helping out and helped make an unfortunate situation as good as it possibly could be. Can't recommend them enough.“

“Matt Hamilton and his apprentice/daughter, Charlene were at my home about a month ago. I should have written this review that day!!! I was convinced I was probably going to have to install a new forced air heater. I had started to notice the heater ran almost constantly. Would shut off and restart after 6 minutes around the clock. A friend told me the heating element probably needed replacement. ANYWAY, after being here for maybe 1/2 hour or 40 minutes, I started to get nervous as to what the problem was. Turns out, the FILTER needed to be replaced!!!! Hell, he could have told me that the Johnson rod and the catalytic converter both needed to be replaced for $700 - I sure wouldn't have known any better (LOL). Total time and labor - $120.

He and his daughter were professional, honest, personable and MORE than helpful (came the very next day after my call, too)!!.

So in summary, what I'm saying is you may not be as lucky as I was for such a minor issue with the filter BUT if MATT says it's the JOHNSON ROD or the REAR STRUT, you can BELIEVE HIM!!!

I might have to write another review so I can give them 5 MORE STARS!!!

“We recently had an issue with our toilets at our Veteran's Transitional Home. I met Frank a little while back and decided to give him a call to come take a look. Frank made time to come by as soon as he possibly could and give us a diagnosis. We had repaired the one toilet a few years ago, so we were already aware of some of the issues. Frank's team was fast and efficient. They broke everything down for us in layman's terms. They were more than fair in the pricing. They made time in their busy schedule to come fix the problems in a timely manner because they know how important the house is to those that we are providing shelter for. Frank is a big supporter of our local veterans, and John donated labor as well because his brother did numerous tours in the Middle East and has many health related issues because of his years of service. They also helped us out with a sink repair that someone else had previously repaired, and it was leaking again. I couldn't be happier with their work. “We're really glad that we were connected to the team at Sol Heating and Cooling. When we purchased our home, we called the number on our HVAC system and the technician from another company immediately told us that we were leaking carbon monoxide and needed a new system. A special tool was needed, which he didn't have, so he went out and bought one because the one he needed was on another truck, too far away.
