Zero stars but had to give one to leave this warning. Joe is a thief and a liar. He took advantage of my elderly mother, taking and immediately cashing a $1,300 check to repair her oven and never ordering the part or following up. Lied about returning her money and then stopped taking our calls and refusing to return calls. Now seven weeks later and we will be pursuing legal action, reporting complaint to BBB and all other possible remedies. Avoid Joe and his fraudulent company CBS Appliance Repair at all costs!

Had Joe come out to do a repair. First time out he replaced the defrost heater. Everything worked fine for a month Nd same thing happened. He did come back and said it was something else. Replaced thst part and 3 weeks kater same thing. Called him 3 times and no response. Do not use this guy!!!!!

I had used him several years ago and the service was great. This time he came to evaluate my refrigerator and said he had to order a new ice machine. I paid $200.00 down and was able to reach him to return and install it at which time I paid the balance of $130+ and he said it would take air 24- hours to be fully functional. That was weeks ago and it still doesn't work. Multiple phone calls and reached him once. He said he would be there the upcoming Tuesday-3 days later between 11 and1:00. He never called, never showed up and I have not been able to reach him since. I am out almost $400.00 and no ice machine!!!
